The 'corePHP' Lead Magnet Program

Four free, interactive tools, one per service line, that turn website visitors into scored, qualified leads and feed them straight into coreCRM. Built and ready for your review.

Prepared by Steven Pignataro  ·  Date June 16, 2026  ·  Status Phase 0, ready for approval

The Goods

Eight assets, four service lines, ready to try right now

Each service line leads with one flagship (an interactive tool that gives an instant score and captures a qualified lead) and one supporting downloadable that feeds the top of the funnel. Click any link below to open the actual build.

Heads up: these are static review builds. The capture form is a working demo. In Phase 1 it is replaced by the live coreCRM embeddable form. Full strategy: docs/lead-magnet-strategy.md.

How It Works

From anonymous visitor to qualified, scored lead
01
AttractSEO, social, email, and on-site CTAs drive the right visitor to the tool
02
EngageThey complete a 5-minute scorecard or calculator and see an instant result
03
CaptureTo unlock the full report they give name and email via coreCRM, tagged by source and service line
04
QualifyTheir answers and fit produce a lead score, sorting MQL from SQL automatically
05
ConvertA nurture sequence delivers value and books the call or audit

How "High Quality" Is Measured

Quality is scored, not guessed

Each lead earns a fit score (who they are: role, company size, business email) plus an intent score (what they did: completed a flagship, low result means high need, booked a call). The combined score sorts them:

BandScoreWhat happens
Sales Qualified70+Routed to sales for direct outreach within 1 business day
Marketing Qualified40 to 69Stays in nurture, sales notified, no direct outreach yet
Nurture-onlyunder 40Light nurture, no sales time spent

The Rollout Plan

All four lines in parallel, organic first, paid once proven
Phase 0
Now
Approval You are here

This review. The team tries the eight assets, checks the copy and tone, and signs off (or sends edits). Nothing is live.

Phase 1
~1 to 2 weeks
Build & integrate Needs credentials

Approved pages convert to Elementor templates on corephp.com. coreCRM embed forms replace the demos, hidden tagging fields mapped, asset delivery set, nurture sequences loaded, conversion tracking added. Tested end to end on staging first.

Phase 2
Launch
Go live, organic After Phase 1

Pages live, sequences active. Distribution starts: SEO landing pages, the owned email list, LinkedIn, partnerships, and CTAs on relevant corephp.com service pages.

Phase 3
Ongoing
Measure & tune Continuous

Weekly snapshot and monthly review. Tune the scoring model on real data, optimize the pages that convert below target.

Phase 4
When proven
Add paid Phase 2 of budget

Once a magnet proves out organically, layer Google Search and LinkedIn ads onto the winners with clear cost-per-lead targets.

What Success Looks Like

What I Need From The Team

Three things unblock the live build
  1. Approve or edit the assets. Try the four tools and skim the email copy. Send changes, or a green light.
  2. coreCRM form embed code (one per magnet, or one with a source field) plus confirmation of where nurture emails send from: coreCRM itself or a separate tool.
  3. WordPress admin and staging access for corephp.com so the approved pages go up as Elementor templates and get tested before going live.
